I bought a lounge set in Jan 2013. This set has insurance for breakages etc. Three weeks ago my one bench seat broke. I have since then been to the branch and it has been indicated that this will be repaired. I have also made numerous calls to arrange to have the bench picked up at my residence for thr repair process. Till now all i get is the run around, excusses, issues and stories. My its easier to get pregnant and give biryh at the age of 80 than to do dealings with ok furnishers. I kindly request somone that knows what to do and how to yreat a client to contact me.
