Goods drop of on pavement

I bought a picnic bench from Benches select, paid for it in full, when it became time for delivery he did not arrange with us and did not even tried to contact us. He then left it on the pavement in front of my neighbour's house. My neighbour contacted me and asked me if this was my bench, I was shocked and called Gert Smith. I asked him what if the goods were? Also told him that the bench was damaged. He just responded by saying that it is not his problem. I've asked him to send me an invoice and still no response.
Do not support this company, they only deliver a service until they have your money, then their problems becomes yours.
