Poor customer service

I purchaced a lounge suit in august last year it was sent in for repairs two or three months later, it then broke again I reported that the lounge suit was again broken and requested that the lounge suit be collected and repaired as the old repair was ont repaired correctly as well as the other part of the lounge suit being borken, I was informed their factory was being moved, when I called in march and that they could collect the lounge suit on the 8th of april once the move was completed, I have called the branch numerous times to find out when the lounge suit would be collected, I then requested that the lounge suit be replaced and was informed that it would not happen, I have been in touche with head office of Russells furniture store as well and they called to say they would arrange the lounge suit to be collected, this was in april and I am still sitting with a broken lounge suit and a high phone bill because I have to do all the calling as they do not call you back but rather send an sms stating they are aware of your problem!
