Pampers just lost a commited client

After noticing some papercut marks on my babies nappy area, I sent the following e-mail to [Email Removed]

Dear Pampers

We love your nappies and use active baby nr 4, but something worrying happened this week. The white "Velcro" part on the fastening strap made paper cut chafe marks on my babies skin. I attached a photo of this. Whenever he sleeps or moves around there is a risk of the nappy moving and the strip hurting him. Is there any way you can address this or is this a faulty nappy?

The lady who phoned me back was very attacking, trying to convince me I either made a mistake when putting the nappy on or that a used a nappy that was to small. I tried to explain that neither was the case, but she kept insisting on it and repeating a script like answer about their product instead of having a conversation with me. I am open to suggestions such as "try a bigger size" but she kept repeating the same script like answer and then insinuated that she couldn't dumb it down any further so that I would be able to understand...

I was very disappointed!!! This is not good customer care.
