I recently purchased furniture from Rochester, in short they had to make 2 deliveries. On the 1st delivery, they delivered the Incorrect bed!! I called them to advise a week ago but have heard nothing. On the 2nd delivery, they did NOT bring tools to assemble the furniture!!! I called the store and spoke to vincent who is an absolute disgrace to be dealing with clients, he just says he's busy... So now i have all these furniture in plastics in my house for the long weekend!!! And they give you all the contact details on their website which is just a joke cause im still waiting for somebody to call me back! This is the last i shop at Rochester Furnishers...
