Could of been dealt with instore!!

I first tried to complain in store, where I calmly explained my problem and told all Management were in a meeting. I asked to be called. This was at 3pm, at 5pm Petunia tried to call twice and left a voicemail, but on calling back continuously no answer. This morning I had a missed call presume she tried to call again. Thank you. However when I call back after 5 attempts of it just ringing, 6th ring Zanele puts me on hold for over 10 minutes when I just hung up. I called AGAIN 3 times, then told Petunia isn't in.
My ACTUAL complaint: 6 free parkings near the entrance and all with trolleys turned so you can not park there. An elderly man driving ahead of me wanted to park there and they refused, the security very inhumanly laughing as the man turned around. Behind him I was driving my husbands Merc which they then wanted to give me a spot, YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME. I parked elsewhere disgusted and saw the old man, who could hardly walk at all limp from the furthest parking.
THIS IS TRULY SHAMEFUL. Whats worse is, this could of been handled in store and an apology issued to the man that was treated like trash.
BTW this morning all the trolleys were turned for the MERC only parking!
