On the 5 February, I went to Sandton to try and get a few purchases done. I went in from the Edgars Parking entrance, where there was no parking, there are also one way signs and I landed up going down these the wrong way just to get out of the parking. After driving aimlessly around for about 10 minutes on the lower level, I proceeded to the upper level. There is construction going on where the parking is blocked off, and where there is parking available, they have closed it off with plastic tape. Surely there should be a parking full sign before the entrance, so an alternative entrance is utilised and why are areas where parking is available closed off. After 20 minutes looking for parking, I eventually found a spot. I can tell you there were several frustrated customers driving around with the same problem. This whole experience makes shopping at Sandton City very unpleasant, cant say I will rush back to support this shopping centre again!
