Your bakkie, CN37XV-GP was parked in the handicapped parking zone at Balfour Park Shopping Centre just outside the upstairs entrance at 16h26.
I approached the vehicle and asked the DHL employees why they were using the handicapped parking area. The answer I got was "We were just delivering to there..." (I think he meant the Postnet outlet inside.)
I told him that the parking spots were for handicapped, elderly, or frail people, and he again said he "was just doing a delivery"...
Again I asked why they used the handicapped parking and I was told that there was no other parking available. This is a complete lie. Within 50m there were several parking spaces, but your employees were too LAZY to walk and extra 50 metres. Your one employee (the passenger) became quite belligerent and the driver felt it best to simply drive away.
I think that this attitude is disgusting and extremely arrogant. Your employees have NO RIGHT to use the handicapped parking areas just because they are lazy. Seeing one of your yellow vans taking up a space reserved for people with REAL physical problems is very bad for the image of your company.
