May someone from EDGARS please fix this. I have been to two different branches to have my credit limit reduced to R3000. They are battling to do this this because they say my wife's account linked to the account is the problem as it reflects an ID number and not a passport number unlike mine. Please correct this. I am also no longer getting my emailed statements. I have called the call centre several times and they all refer me to the branch as they claim they cant fix this over the phone.
