Bad after sale service

I bought a Gomma Gomma lounge suite, cash, on 28/01/2013. I had to help load it onto a Nissan Bakkie with a trailer, off load, and pay R100 for delivery about 3 km from the store. Last week, the springs inside the 2 seater, seemed to have broken. I went to Bears, who told me to bring it in, myself on Thursday, as they are open from 9 till 1. I was told by the sales lady, Mildred, that it will be fixed Friday or Saturday. On Monday I went back to find out, and was told by Tuesday it will be done. however, on Monday night, the same thing happened with the 3 seater. I went back, and was told to bring it in at 8:00 today, Wednesday, as the repair people will be in early this morning. I was told by the Manageress that, due to the mass production in factory, the springs are sometimes not inserted properly, and it is fast to fix. I went to Bears at about 3, Mildred phoned the driver and he said that he was in Meyerton at the garage. At 3:30 he told her he was in Orange farm. At 4:10 he has switched his phone off. No reply. Still nothing to sit on. Tomorrow, Thursday, it will be a week, and it seems that Bears really don't care about there customers after they have paid.
