On the 26th March I went to Ackermans to purchase pyjamas for my son, it was 17:30 and there was 1 person who mending the tills, the que had 15 people waiting and the manager was behind the counter tidying up clothes. after waiting for 15 minutes I actually asked the manager if she sees nothing wrong with the fact that there is 1 cashier and and a que of so many people waiting. she looked up at me said something to the cashier and carried on. I asked her again and only then did she make an announcement for more cashier. 4 ladies came and started assisting the customers and the que started moving quickly. I mean as a manager she couldn't make a decion that there was a need for more cashiers, I had to complain twice. The service is shocking and the customer didn't come first yesterday.
