2/5/2013 at 12:24pm I went to Ackermans at the Newpark Checkers centre to buy my husband a few underpants and socks. I paid cash and was waiting for my change when the cashier put a R50 note on the counter? The total price was R249.70 and I gave her R300, so I must get R50.30?? And she's carrying on with keeping herself busy I can see she's peeping at me. I asked and the rest of my change? She said she was waiting for the supervisor to give her change, which was not true because she reached out and took closed packets of change and started opening them to give me my .30c change. Now to me 30 cents is 30 cents and I want my change, life has become more difficult not easier. So the cashier Jolene Visser literally throws down the 3 x 10 cent coins on the counter, slaps her hand over them and pushes them over to me! and then she started nodding her head at me and looked down and carried on nodding her head at me!!! how dare she??? just because I asked for my change??? she just got pd off because she had to break open a closed packet of change cos this will require her to count her float at the end of her shift!!! I couldn't believe it! Shame on you Ackermans!!!
