I need my account to be unblocked

I applied for an account with Edgars at the Lady Grey-Paarl branch where both the assistant and manager helped me. I was so fortunate as they were so patient and friendly such that i was a bit late, just as the store was about to close in 30 minutes. Nonetheless I was mugged and my I.D was los tin the incident. Fortunately i still had certified copies of my I.D and original license, i produced that and was given my card. However when i tried to purchase it was blocked by the department who didnt want to accept my license. The next day i produced a temporary I.D and everthing that Bheki asked for, but his manager at was rather not customer friendly, impatient and no manners. The Edgars staff at the branch are professional but the department has spoilt the whole STORE's name. All I need is my account to be unblocked because i did produce what they asked for. Bheki promised to contact me on Saturday but i have since been waiting. I cannot wait any longer. It is Easter and i need to buy important things for my family and church. How are we expected to help raise market share if we are not trereated right. I feel like a as they keep delaying with no contact.
