Not getting credit back

I placed an order with [URL Removed] for books. They did not have any stock so they refund my account. On 31st October I placed another order (Parcel 1 (a1000629546), but unfortunately got my delivery address wrong. I cancelled the order and went back into my account to replace the order. My credit amount was gone. I e-mailed them and asked them when I can expect my credit back on my account. Orion told me 3 - 5 working days. It is now 10 working days and I am still waiting for my credit. I e-mailed them again yesterday and Rori said they have sent it to the accounts department. I am still waiting to hear from them. How can they say 5 working days and today it is 10 working days. I will not make use of Kalahari again if this is the kind of service you get from them.
