TI ordered a blu-ray box set from kalahari last Monday. My fiance transfered the money from hos account immediately. I accept that it can take a few days to reflect if its from one bank to another. I got confirmation of payment on the 14th. The site advertised the product with 24 hour delivery after payment reflects. I also understand that it can take up to 3 days outside main centers. However by the third working day it still hasn't been dispatched. My fiance phoned yesterday to inquire and they told him that it takes up to nine days. Yet on the site and my confirmation e-mail it states one day delivery. I was fine with 3 but on the fourth working day my order status still says ordered from supplier and estimated delivery date 15 August 2013. The item in question is a gift for a relative who is leaving for Australia tomorrow. that and the fact that we are moving from the current delivery address by the end of the week. If I knew that the considered 1 day to be 9 I never would have placed the order. And no one could even inform us that there is going to be a delay. You merely have to wait around for nothing to happen. As a first time buyer, I am very disappointed by the impression
