On several occasions of visiting the store the service levels were nothing but pathetic.
On entering the store, you are not acknowledged as a customer. Yesterday, there was old lady who repeatedly called for assistance, however to no avail, as the assistants in the shop continued to have a fat conversation with each other and ignored us. When I requested assistance, the store assistant referred me to the security guard, who knows absolutely nothing about the merchandise in the store. When going to the fitting rooms, no one checks the number of items taken in or bothers to even acknowledge that the customer is there. Whilst standing in the queue to pay, the shop assistants friend pushed in front of me in the line and continued to have a personal conversation, whilst I waited to pay.
I am of the opinion that, the Edgars group should either close the store down, or change ALL the staff from management top-down and upgrade the store, which is rather messy and cramped.
