Yoh Foschini card division might as well not exist because they have no clue what they are doing and are not taking their business seriously. My partner has an account with Foschini and we applied for a secondary card for me. We applied about 7 months ago at Cresta Mall and we were told it will be sent via post. When months went by and no card we went back to Cresta. We were told that we have to fill in the forms again because the lady in the card division at head office said she could not read the hand writing on the forms. We filled in the forms again and made sure that the hand writing was clear. That was about 4 months ago still no card or even a feedback.
I would advise Foschini to get new stuff as this one has no clue what they are doing. USELESS BUNCH.
