I had a foschini account in 2001 when i was a student i then struggled to pay it in 2008 i received a letter from africred collections pty Ltd claiming that my account was handed over to them i owe an amount of R970 the banking details were there lucky for me i started working in 2008 i then on the 23/05/2008 paid my account in full when i wanted the settlement letter africred collection asked to deposit an amount of R21.55 to a different account number but use the same reference of theirs i did that on the 2008/07/29 i also fax the deposit slip to tiny at africred collections pty Ltd. This year 2013/02 i received a call from a male called Lunga from saya recoveries claiming that i owe foschini i informed him i paid my foschini account i still.have my receipts he asked me to fax the slips and affidavit i did that on the 20/03/13 on the 25/03/13 i received an sms saying they are going to deduct from my salary if i dont pay on same day i also received a call from foschini invisiting to open an account wit them i was confused how can they offer me credit while i owe them. i went a foschini in zevenwaght mall i explained everything to the lady that was assisting me she phoned client se
