Foschini doesnt allocate payments

On March 25/03/2013 I settled my Foschini account via EFT. I applied for a new job in December 2013 and was advised that I have been blacklisted for non payment of my account and that it had been handed over to HTN Attorneys. I then forwarded the proof of payment through to HTN Attorneys and have received no response from them. When I phoned them they say that I must still pay the legal costs even though it is not my error that Foschini did not allocate the amount. This situation jeapordised my chances of finding employment as this showed as having a bad credit record. The stores that I went to cannot help me and when I phone HTN Attorneys they continue to give me the same answer. COME ON FOSCHINI, I was a loyal client that settled my account. Please give me some answers and get involved in sorting this out.
