ON WEDNESDAY (20/03/2013) I ORDERED THREE DVD'S, WHICH ONE WAS TITANIC. ON FRIDAY THEY DELIVERED THE PARCEL (I COULDNT BELIEVE THE FAST SERVICE AND WAS SO EXCITED), BUT WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE I RECEIVED TITANS, AND NOT TITANIC :(
I IMMEDIATELY PHONED CNA CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PLEASE ASSIST ME REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF CORRECT DVD, I PHONED FRIDAY MORNING. THE GUY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE PHONED BY SOMEONE TO CONFIRM ALL MY INFO AND CORRECT THIS.ON MONDAY MORNING (25/03/2013 ) - STILL NOBODY HAS PHONED ME BACK
ON MONDAY MORNING I PHONED AGAIN - THE LADY GAVE ME A REFERENCE NUMBER AND SAID THAT AGAIN I WILL BE CONTACTED TO CONFIRNM THE PICK UP OF TITANS AND THE DELIVERY OF TITANIC...
AS NOW I AM STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED!
I WOULD JUST REALLY LIKE TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING HAPPENING AT THIS MOMENT TO CORRECT THIS? OR WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN OR WHEN IS THE DVD GOING TO BE PICKED UP AND CORRECT DVD DELIVERED?
