No delivery with no excuse

Very important and urgent study material was shipped on Monday 22July and delivery date was given for Wednesday 24th July. I phoned the cal scentre on Thursday and was told the driver chould not find the adress, Why chould they not contact the client to confirm adress or ask dirrectilons? i was told the package will be delivered on Thursday and again no delivery and a couple of phone calls later once again confirming adress and contact number, I urged them to contact me if their is any problems and that I will even meet the driver on route. I was informed that my study material will be delivered on Friday 26August. I started phoning in the morning to confirm dellivery and phoned numerous times to confirm dellivery. I was told at the end of the working day that the package was never loaded because they do not have the correct adress. I do not appreciate being to and deceived in thinking that my package is on route. I will have to get into my vehicle and collect the package my self and was informed that I will not get a refund. It is totally unacceptable that I was never contacted to get directions, being to and to pay for a service that was never completed.
