Calle dthe call centre at 14:00pm and spoke to Wandile Phsabangu.he is the most disgusting person i come across. he is rude and has no customer service centricity at all. he was arguing on the phone. he should be fired for his terrible service and because of him i will be cancelling my account, . edgars does not send out correspondence to inform clients that they are charging late payment fees. and i never asked for a protection plan. everytime i make paymrnt i am advised to pay any amount as my acc is up to date now u tell me that i am short paying. edgar is their clients and derserve to be shut down. total
