My wifes second card has been fica'd on 3 different times in 1 week. My wife has had to drive to the store 3 times already. The card is still blocked. I was promised a call by Bongani who's supervisor is lerato that I would receive a call on friday. Well I am still waiting. To me this represents gross imcompetence and Edgars fica head office staff I would hang my head in shame regards your anability to do your job.
