An email was sent the same day stating the following:
Good morning
I went to Clearwater Foschini's last week to use my Birthday voucher.
I was then told that I can't use it for makeup and jewellery combined because the jewellery is on a separate system.
This is not part of the terms and conditions on the voucher and will be taken up with the consumer protection act.
Needless to say, I left without buying anything. My account is on R0.00.
This is the same store where money was out of my wallet.
One of your marketing managers phoned me once and because she couldn't get hold of me, asked me to call her back.
It's not for me to call back. She could have made more of an effort and tried again.
Please provide me with feedback/ solution.
It has been a month and I still have not received feedback on this email
