My name is Andrew Bouwer i have taken out loans with cashconvertersfor a while now (my wife use to work for cashconverters eastrand Elize Bouwer) on saterday afternoon i phoned cash converters kempton to do my work convermations so the consultand did she even phoned me to tell me everything is in oder so as i arrived to take out my loan the consultand stop me and said i can not help you and you will never be helped agian the only reason you have ever been helped is because your wife use to work for a cashconverters i felt so imbarresed other customers where looking at me so when i told my wife she phoned the manager to ask him what happened and to get the owners number the manager siad to her i cant help you you can phone the eastrand branch for help i dont see how she can phone east rand to put down a compliant about kempton anyways he yelled and he but down the phone in her ear is that realy the way to treat you customers i will not leave this story i will let the world know how i have been treated iam goin to take this as far as possible
