On Saturday I was at Kempton Park Festival Mall I went to Cash Converters to look for a game we found one that were interested on, bought the game went home tried the game only to find that it not working. Went back and we were told to look for another game only to find out that there is no game we were interested on. We ask for a refund they referred us to Rudolf who is the so called manager that raised his voice on us, we don't know whether because we were black or if it was the way for him to refuse to give us our money back. We ended up paying more for something that we don't want, I don't like the way Rudolf spoke to us he raised his voice on us like we were fighting whit him. I have never been treated this way by a Manager of any shop even at Cash Crusaders they don't do this they assist their client with care, I wish people can stop going to that shop as the manager is not right person to run that shop how can you shout at your clients. What impression are you giving to your employees are u telling them to treat clients like you, I will never ever go to that shop and edge other people to do the same and not even refer someone to them.
