I wrote a report on 12 September regarding cash converters in rustenburg not coming back to me after my repeated following up with them. I got a response on hello Peter saying somebody from Cash Comverters would contact me about the poor service but more than a month later I've heard from NOBODY. Looks like not giving a about clients is a culture at cash converters! Pathetic!!!
