CNA
In the interest of being fair

I went to CNA on Saturday. I was there about 7am, a whole 2 hours before the store opened and was the only person there.

A lady, whom I assumed was the manager, arrived at around 07:20 to start opening the store and to prepare for the day ahead. I greeted her and asked to confirm the time which the store opened.

At around 08:30 an elderly man eventually pitched up and joined me in waiting.

As soon as the staff members opened the doors, the older "gentleman" jumped the queue and bolted for the electronics section. I spoke to the manager lady and asked her if I can have one of the Wii U units. She told me that there was only the one. In the meantime the older "gentleman" managed to flag another staff member and asked her for the same unit.

The lady intervened and mentioned that I had been waiting there for a much longer time than the other "gentleman" and I should be the one to purchase the unit based on the first come first served principle. The "gentleman" stormed off and out of the store.

I would just like to thank this lady for her positive manner in which she handled a situation which could have very easily turned into a very negative scene. Thank you for being fair.
