After the Second appointment for Delivery that has not been met by Furniture City i have had enough. I went to my police station and opened a case of against the company for not rendering goods that i paid for.
After you write on Hello Peter they give you a call and make promises like always. They do not bother to pick up the phone or to get back to their clients. I Do not understand how this company still makes it. Toni Fourie their CEO needs to step in and see how these people operate.
Now i have left it in the Police's hands. So here is a word of warning to the call centre agent that is going to try to contact me. your phone call will not help, your promises and useless feedback carries no weight.
It is disgraceful and i would rather support another copmany than to EVER do business with you again.
So type all you want as a response to show people you get back to complaints. The bottom line is you cannot provide a servcie that u promise to your clients. You cannot deliver.
