I received a standard reply on Hello Peter on the 14 January with still no phone call from Head Office nor my furniture!
I had to phone Ellen AGAIN to find out about my furniture. She promised someone by the name of Carla would be contacting me and we are a week down the line and STILL no word from anyone.
Judging my the nature of the majority of claims here, this seems to be a regular occurrence. And hence would NOT be"proud of the service you offer clients" as you are taking their money and not delivering good quality furniture nor are you having the decency to get back to them.
This is disgusting and should no one get back to me by Friday 24th January, this WILL be take further and that is a promise.
