I bought a dual sim Nokia phone from CNA onFriday 22.03.2013. When I got home and tried to insert a Vodacom simcard in the phone, it asked for a code.. I returned to the shop on Saturday, 23.03.2013 and ask the gentleman at the cellphone counter for advice. He told me straight that it was basically my problem cos it is locked to MTN and I HAVE to use a MTN simcard in the 1st slot. I explained that if I was explained this when I purchased the phone, I would not have bought it. He then turned around and left me to myself. His whole attitude basically said "It is your problem, you are stupid, live with it" I really don't expect this level of service from a shop like CNA!
