You know after viewing the complaints that furniture city gets per day, its actually disgusting and i even think to myself why do people still buy from this company . the complaints are either the quality, delivery and damaged goods so clearly thats what the company sells, CHEAP QUALITY .Its not even worth complaining at this stage . i bought my bed frame on the 15th of march and till today iam still waiting. First they had 24 quantities of stock and they were going to deliver in 48 hrs, which never did and kept postponing, the headoffce is just as useless, they couldnt get hold of the area manager even the warehouse. Eventually i got feedback that the they only had one left and was damaged and they were getting more this past tuesday. i was expecting my delivery on tuesday as promised and till today iam still waiting, today i was told that the warehouse couldnt deliver my new goods because they damaged.? Well guess wat Furniture city, THANKS I never received those good because after reading all the complaints you get every SECOND iam disgusted, THANKS i never received your CHEAP labour goods that are forever damaged. My REFUND better be ready by the time i arrive tomorrow
