In December o rdered the AFRICA double duvet at R199 and Martine set at R449. I also used a R100 voucher. The MArtine was delivered but the Africa not. NObody contacted me. I phoned in and was told thet the Africa was out of stock. I also lost my R100 voucher because the MArtine was less than R599.
I think this is unfair. I complained on the Homechoice website, but nothing was doen. If Africa was out of stock, I could have replaced it with the Beatrice trow and still benefitted from the voucher. Strangely enough, the Africa is till advertised on their website, Now at R299 and two scatter cusions added.
I feel that HOmechoice should send me my africa set since there is stock or allow me to substitute and still have the benefit of the R100 voucher.
I want to order from them again, but I am concerned that I will not get the products and I iwll have the same experience.
