My wife and I went to Joshua Doore Randburg on the 31 Dec 2013 to order a King size bed. We were then told by Precious upon signing the contract that they had to order the bed and will receive it within 10 to 15 days after which they could deliver it to us. In January When I phoned to follow up Precious told me that they will get the bed on the 23rd and will then phone me to arrange delivery, which she never did. I phoned again and she told me they will get it on the 30th and will deliver it immediately or by latest the 31st. When I phoned on the 1st she told me that she had the bed but they could not deliver it on the 31st because it was raining, and they couldn't do it on the 1st as they don't do deliveries on Saturday. But she promised to make a plan and get back to me. Guess what once again she did not.
I phone today to be told that she was on leave for the all month (how convenient) and that they haven't received the bed yet because it takes between 6 to 8 weeks for them to receive it, I then told the lady that precious had said to me that they had the bed already and it's only needed to be delivered. She said she didn't know anything about that. JD just give me my deposit back
