Ok Furniture was running a promotion "spend R999 or more and stand a chance to win 0 - 100 discount on purchases" I spent over R14000 on furniture in Mosselbay on 24/12/2012 I had to ask about the promotion, was told when it is loaded you will be asked to select a number, the furniture was to come from their Cape town office. On 26/12 I went back to OK Mosselbay and asked when I was supposed to choose a number, was told by Riana it should have been done 24/12 she could do nothing now because her supervisor was not in, I left my cell no with her she said she would phone me back it is now 14 Jan NO PNONE CALL SO YOUR MOTTO OK NO PROBLEM IS USELESS IF YOU DO NOT STICK TO THE PROMOTIONS YOU OFFER TO CUSTOMERS. I will never shop at the OK again your promotions are worthless if your staff are not aware of them!!
