Most Uncomfortable Bed Ever!

I bought a bed from Furniture City In October 2012, this bed is uncomfortable that when my husband or I turn over the other one is nearly bounced off the bed! Also as you get on or off the bed the springs make a terrible noise. I have been complaining since we got the bed but have not had any response from Furniture City. I buy most of my furniture from Furniture City and im very dissapointed at their lack of interest.
