Insurance claim on the Russells overport branch

I bought a component system from russells overport city branch and it was, so I claimed as it was insured
they told me what documents I needed to submit and I submitted those documents with their west street branch on the 11/11/2013 only to find out a week later that they had not been sent to the overport branch, so I had to take time off work to go and re submit the documents (affidavit and case number) and yes they did contact me unfortunately my phone was on voice mail at the time, from then I have been trying to get them to process my claim I have made numerous phone calls and left massages for Desiree to call me of which she didnt, when I asked to speak to her I was told that they are busy watching a head office video, but at the same time they are debiting my account without any delays
