Am one of an unhappy client because of the service i got a very bad service yersteday at ur store in Southgate. I bought my engagemnt ring there the service was superb so i went back for a wedding ring cas i was happy with ur service a lady by the name of Sharon she was very rude. The moment i told her i want my ring to be resized she told me that she cant take my ring cas its holidays now and theres no one to resize the ring i must come back Wensday> When i refuse she told me that she cant take the ring because if it get in the shop there's no insurance who must pay for it? I mean were due i fit in there>i told the lady that she is being rude and am going to report this on ur website. Then she says i can leave the ring.i still said to her ur service is very bad and she said its because she is tired of customer's who are just like me who like to report people on the website. I mean really i knew Sterns for some time now and never experienced a bad service like this. She helped me wen i bought my wedding ring and she was nice cause i was still bringing a sale to her now she is very rude and doesnt care about anything. I wish i never bought any ring to ur store only if i knew then
