On 29/05/20313 around 17:15pm, i went to the shop to buy food and i forget my Nokia E5 cellphone on the counter. I only realised when iam at Hatfield and i went back to check it as there was no customers in the shop when i left. I was informed that they didn't see it but they will check the camera's (surveillance camera). The supervisor came back & he told me that the manager has already done the back up i must come the following day to check or he will call me. He called me the following day & told me that there was no record of me being in the shop as they were doing a back up and their cameras do not record during the running of back up. I asked myself what will happen if they get robbed during those back up time, are they going to except the insurance company to pay them back even though their cameras didn't' record. It was bad for me as it was on my birthday, i currently don't feel comfortable going into their shop. May you kindly advise.
