Pick 'n Pay doesn't want to correct problems

The store was untidy and dirty empty shelves were prominent.
There was no-one available at the customer service desk from the time we arrived till the time we left and the phone at the desk remained off the hook.
There were stock shortages on numerous products and even on query from the butchery no mince was available - this is just an example and was not the only product.
The staff in the store have a bad and unfriendly attitude. Sibongile and the assistant (an African male with no name tag) in the deli refused to accept and correct what we were saying - the cold meats requested were cut incredibly thick and we had to take them like that.
There are still many products that do not have shelf tags or that are placed at the incorrect shelf tags.
The Coney bread rolls where rock hard (extremely over-baked).
I am at a loss why packers are not properly trained and have not raised this issue before but yesterday they packed raw chicken with 3 loaves of bread which absorbed the chicken blood.

I will in future do my shopping at another retailer as I have offered Pick 'n Pay the opportunity, on many occasions, to correct the problems and yet it just gets worse.
