I was at clearwater mall on the 7th July 2013 to fetch someone, i met a guy whom i normally see at the mall, he claimed to be working there, but only had a chat with him on that day, when i got to the parking he asked to see my phone because he wanted to see my picture, he then disappeared with my phone and there was no security around, when i went to the control room on several occasions to see if they could check the footage, i was told that i am not on the footages on that day, When i phoned the security manager 'Gareth' he was only interested on what happened than to check the footage, I feel that the guy that took my phone might have known that the cameras were not working, what happened is a police matter and none of their business because i have opened a case.
