We purchased a lounge suite for R12999, 00 paid off our account one month after delivery we constantly complained about inferior quality and no action was taken. After 6 months the store made arrangements for the one seater to be collected for repairs... in the interim the 2 seater is tearin g very badly and we report it to store manager Ravin, 2 months later we are still complaining, ...now new manager and we are told we did not purchase extended warranty on material on lounge suite!!! they sold us defective goods and now we are been given the run around to have it repaired. We work hard and can barely afford these goods but we paid it up how can the JD group sell such poor quality to unsuspecting customers??? who can hold them responsible for misrepresenting the quality?? this is so dissapointing!!! Never again will I support the JD Group what a lot of!!!
