Purchased goods in Dec DVD had no power running. Return item to store on 7 January no follow ups were done I had to keep going to the store to find out their response was really unproffesional Manager was totally Rude I Quote "I can tell you to take your things and leave I am doing you a favour". We have an insurance and Extended warranty We have contacted the customer care they promised to call back and still I am waiting. I must say I have never seen such disgusting attitude from a Manager!!!
