Damaged and Melted Magnum

I went to Pick & Pay Midway Mews in Midrand to purchase Magnum ice creams, I picked up 3 products and all were cracked. I returned the items opended immediately and advised the sales person. Returning to the refrigerators, I picked new items and after two unsuccessful attempts with a melted magnum and then again a craked one, I left the store unsatissfied and dismayed that nobody understood the problem or quality required for the product.
