Poor Quality Magnums

My husband purchased 2 Magnums on 2 consecutive days and on both occasions the ice creams were not up to standard. He purchased them from 2 different places, the first time the ice cream was melted and had a very runny water like texture. On the second occasion the ice cream had melted and been re-frozen resulting in it having sort of ice crystals.

Its rather disappointing to spend money on an item and receive such bad quality products. As a consumer, if we spend money, on whatever, even something as little as an ice cream, we expect to be getting value for money, and its rather disappointing that of late its not what we have received from the OLA/ Magnum Brand.

I would like to think that going forward the quality of your products improve.
