Magnum Mini Competition entry process Inoperable

Don't waste your time trying to enter the current Ola Magnum Mini Competition. The Unilever/Ola SMS entry system doesn't work, and by the time you have figured this out. the money wasted on the call (s) would have paid for a dozen ice-creams.
Similarly, don't waste your time trying to notify Unilever through their website about the problem. The obligatory words of text that one is required to enter at the bottom of the email (to prove that you aren't some machine typing the message!) are so illegible and obtuse, that it is quite impossible to get the message accepted by their system. Half a dozen tries later and you come to the realisation that they don't actually want to receive your email.
Quality Control may exist at production level, but it is totally non-existent when it comes to Unilever's marketing efforts.
