I purchased 5 Magnum ice-creams at a local store on Saturday night 13 July 2013 after 21H00. On reaching home all five ice-creams were of bad quality. I contacted the Unilever consumer number and the lady informed me that the company is not in the business to help consumers who do not have receipts. when I asked for her name put the phone down.
This is terrible service from a global company. I am deemed to be a criminal by Unilever by not having a receipt for the Magnum ice-creams I purchased for my family to enjoy which we definitely did not. I even have two of the defective ice-creams kept in my freezer.
