I purchased a 6 x 60ml pack of Magnum ice-cream yesterday at our local Spar.
To my disappointment I found the ice-cream to be full of ice instead of a normal creamy ice-cream centre.
The rest of my family also found this in their ice-creams. We had to throw all in the bin.
I don't normally complain but this was really disappointing as Magnum is our favourite ice-cream.
Aren't there quality checks that are done to prevent this from happening? How do I know that this will not happen again in the future?
I have sent pics to [Email Removed] for proof of purchase as well as barcode and BB date of abovementioned product.
Thanking you in anticipation for your prompt reply.
