I've been trying to obtain new cards for my wife and I now for months. Today I finally have time and decide to go today. I get there only to be told that their customer care section is closed because they don't have a budget for it.
I'm then handed over to the girls at cosmetics to give me a new card. They don't know how. No one knows how. I'm told to come back later by which time there "should" be someone who can help me.
Good grief seriously???
