DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today I accompanied my dad to do his shopping at Pick And Pay Pavillion. Once he had selected all of his goods we went to the tills to pay. My dad greeted the cashier a lady by the name of BONISIWE MSOMI. She proceeded to charge for all the goods. The next thing she started shouting at my dad telling him he is unfair. My dad could Not understand what she was on about. She then proceeded to tell us that her till was a ten item till. My dad had 12 items. We did not know it was a ten item till. She carried on being extremely rude and loud. I asked her what about Customer Service and pointed out that that we were not aware of her till being a ten item till. She gave me a filthy look and would not even help pack our bags. She kept looking to see who was taking notice of her. I will never shop there again and will let as many people as I can know about our bad experience.
